Zero-capex solar · 20-year PPA

Solar power for your facility, funded for you.

We finance, build, own and look after a solar system on your roof or land. You buy the power it produces at an agreed rate, and the system becomes yours at the end of the term.

Factories & warehouses

Large roofs and daytime production make industrial sites a natural fit for long-term solar.

Why Funded Solar

The benefits of solar, without the capital outlay

No upfront investment

We fund the project through our own capital and co-investment partners. Your budget stays free for your core operations.

A known rate for power

Your tariff is set per project, as a discount to the grid rate or a fixed price, so you can plan ahead with more certainty.

Maintenance and insurance covered

As owner, we handle monitoring, cleaning, repairs and insurance for the full term of the agreement.

Pay only for solar you use

You pay for the solar energy delivered to your site, not for panels, inverters or installation.

You own it at the end

When the 20-year term ends, ownership of the system transfers to you.

Cleaner energy

Shift part of your daytime demand to on-site solar and lower your facility's grid consumption.

Savings are not guaranteed. Results depend on your site, your consumption pattern, grid tariffs and the agreed contract terms.

What is a PPA?

A power purchase agreement, in plain words

A PPA is a long-term contract to buy electricity. Instead of buying a solar system, you agree to buy the power it generates.

  • A project company funds, owns and maintains the system on your site.
  • Qualified EPC partners design and install it.
  • You pay per kWh of solar delivered, at a discount to the grid rate or a fixed price.
  • The term is 20 years, then the system transfers to you.
  • Your grid connection stays in place for any power solar doesn't cover.

Solar only, no battery storage. Exact terms are set per project and confirmed in a signed agreement.
